In the kitchen is Domenico Stile, one of the youngest  two Michelin-starred chef in Italy, along with his talented crew.

The dining room is helmed by Rudy TravagliRestaurant Manager and Sommelier, who embraces his role with great dedication, after prestigious experiences in fine-dining and Michelin starred restaurants in England and Italy.

A Unique Location

Villa Laetitia is a unique, elegant, and welcoming place.
After a stretch in Viterbo, where Ristorante Enoteca la Torre received numerous recognitions, including the prestigious Michelin Star in 2010, the restaurant moved in June 2013 to Rome to the refined Villa Laetitia. The Villa is the residence of Anna Fendi Venturini and is curated by Giulio Cesare Delettrez Fendi. In November 2022, Enoteca la Torre Villa Laetitia achieve the valuable Michelin Star.

The architecture of this hotel di charme is a mix of Renaissance and Baroque, which was architecturally in vogue in the first decade of the 20th-century.

The restaurant’s first floor possesses a large hall characterized by a stunning vast glass window, by now the symbol of Villa Laetitia. Additional rooms include the Sala Castellani, tea room, and bar, where guests are invited to savor an aperitif before taking their seats in the dining room.

The restaurant’s dining room offers an infinite array of possibilities: tables for two, three, or large groups are easily accommodated.

In the aristocratic Hotel Villa Laetitia, this restaurant boasts an elegant ambience . The cuisine is as elegant as the setting, with some dishes finished in front of guests at their table. Chef Domenico Stile celebrates his native region of Campania with passion, exuberance and creativity, skilfully using typical Mediterranean ingredients. A superb all-round dining experience for food-lovers, complemented by a well-stocked wine cellar offering an excellent selection of pairing options to enhance their meal.
