Born in Gragnano in 1989, Domenico Stile is one of the youngest two Michelin-Starred chef in Italy.

Before arriving in the Capital he worked at Alinea in Chicago and alongside the biggest names of the Peninsula, including chefs Gianfranco Vissani, Enrico Crippa, Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Massimo Bottura and Nino di Costanzo. He’s been at the helm of Two Michelin-starred restaurant Enoteca la Torre a Villa Laetitia’s kitchen since February 2016.

His cuisine is solid, concrete, and draws inspiration from his Neapolitan origins, clear in the vivid flavors of his dishes, many of which are seafood-based.

It also demonstrates a profound knowledge of tradition as well as a continuous experimentation with flavors and current techniques.
